Sutherland Reay COVID-19 Statement

Dear Customer

As a business we are updating you in response to the escalating situation in the UK due to COVID-19.  We have a business response team in place at Sutherland Reay who are monitoring all updates to UK Government Policy and Guidance during COVID-19.

Currently, both branches are open for business.  Our staff are taking additional precautions to safeguard the health and well-being of each other and customers who visit us in branch.

  • We have increased the frequency with which we clean our offices and ensuring the cleaning standards are consistent with the advice of the Government.  CUSTOMER AND COLLEAGUE SAFETY REMAINS OUR TOP PRIORITY
  • We have restricted business travel between both branches and have cancelled any non-essential meetings.
  • For external property appointments, we are ensuring we take the same precautions.

If it becomes necessary, our Property and Tenancy Management Systems and Telephones can be accessed remotely and used by some staff who can work from home. We will do our best to keep business disruption to our customers to a minimum but are informing sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants that there may be circumstances in which we are unable to facilitate access to a property for a viewing or for repairs or maintenance, if for example an occupant is self-isolating or if Government Policy Changes.

If, as a result of the way that this situation is affecting you personally, you need us to make some adjustments to the way that we provide our services to you, we will do all that we can to support your request.
